3-years limited lifetime warranty

This is one of Hamilton’s classic American designs. It is backed by a three-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Hamilton Stands, Inc. warrants this product to be free from defects in materials for a three years period from the date of purchase. Should a defect occur, the stand will be repaired or replaced at Hamilton’s discretion. This warranty does not cover defect or damage due to normal wear, abuse shipping, alterations or modifications or failure to use for intended purpose. The stand is to be returned shipping prepaid with a detailed description of the problem. This warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have other rights which vary from state to state. In no event will the manufacturer, distributor or dealer be liable for incidental or consequential damages of any nature whatsoever, regardless of how occurring.
